John's Farm produces organic hard red winter wheat on heirloom American soil. We utilize rich farmland, environmentally friendly farming practices, and sustainable agricultural techniques to grow quality grain.
Soil tillage, seed planting, plant monitoring, grain harvesting, and wheat cleaning takes place on John's Farm and all processes are inspected and certified organic by the OK Dept of Ag.
John tills the soil, plants the seed, monitors plant growth, harvests the crop, and farm-stores the grain; all processes are inspected and certified organic by the OK Dept. of Ag. From field-to-flour is what we are doing on the farm as we produce Fairview's Best Organic Wheat Berries and Fairview's Best Organic Whole Wheat Flour and Fairview's Best Breading Mix.
